Our fees are straightforward and transparent: For most of our estate planning services, we offer a flat fee so you know how much it costs to get from start to finish; there is no hiding the ball.

The fee for a comprehensive estate plan for a single individual is a flat rate of $2,100. This fee includes all documents (Trust, Will, Durable Power of Attorney for Finances, and Advance Health Care Directive, and various other supporting documents), and includes all notary fees, all document recording fees, and all photocopies. At the end of the estate planning process, you receive your original documents in an estate planning binder, a full photocopy, and a scanned copy on a flash drive.

The fee for a comprehensive estate plan for a married couple is a flat rate of $3,100.

For all matters that are not charged on a flat-fee basis, we bill at $385 per hour, and bill in one-tenth of an hour increments. We will communicate an approximate cost to you before we begin work, and we will always communicate what your fees are on a regular basis.

Other legal services (such as for amending estate planning documents and estate administration) are billed at the following rates (billed in one-tenth of an hour increments):
